I hope to help you become more of the person you were created to be by making sense of what you’ve been through, especially in your relationships with others and with yourself.
My style is warm, compassionate, and genuine. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, emotion-focused, and body-centered. You’ll hear me talk a lot about being gentle and kind toward yourself, getting curious, and peeling back the layers to explore unmet needs. Some of my most profound experiences of growth and connection have happened when I’ve felt deeply seen and heard in the therapy space; I genuinely believe in this process!
