I am a psychotherapist practicing in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Florida. I have training in AEDP, Somatic Experiencing, and Internal Family Systems, and I draw on each of these wonderful approaches to practice an experientially focused psychotherapy. I work with people from a variety of backgrounds who are facing a diverse life challenges, but some of my areas of focus include STEM workers and people of color, including Asian Americans. Before becoming a therapist, I was an investment banker and investor, and I changed careers in order to more directly impact others in a positive way.
