The individuals I work with are courageous, successful and strong. I specialize in working with adult men and women who sometimes struggle with feeling these qualities are true about themselves, even when I can see it's true.
I also love working with couples. I completed Advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) as well as AEDPfC.
