I'm a bilingual psychotherapist (English/Spanish), with over 25 years of clinical experience, I’m dedicated to guiding individuals, children, and families through their emotional and relational landscapes. I offer a warm and safe space where you can openly explore your emotions, address what’s holding you back, and unlock your potential for healing and growth. My approach is both integrative and experiential. I combine understandings and interventions from multiple models, including experiential psychodynamic, humanistic, existential, and systemic frameworks.
