I have a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and work primarily with adults aged 18+. I work as an ally with my clients providing a safe and healing environment where clients can achieve healing from anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and trauma. My approach is to journey along with my clients allowing them to explore core emotional and somatic experiences thereby achieving transformation into a richer, fuller, more confident expression of self.
