Sharing your individual difficulties, fears, desires, and dreams can be a challenging experience. Danielle (she/her/hers) acknowledges this and, therefore, focuses on building a warm and safe environment where clients can truly open themselves up for self-discovery and introspection. She believes in building a strong therapist-client relationship and uses a collaborative approach to assist clients in setting and reaching goals. As a queer black woman, she understands it can be tough to find spaces to authentically express your true feelings, as well as get validation and support. Danielle has experience holding space and processing the challenges that can arise from holding multiple marginalized identities. She hopes to support clients using AEDP on their journeys of personal growth.
